Gateway Realty Builders (GRB) has current plans for three custom homes.  Two will be located in Scottsdale, AZ, along the Shea Corridor.  They will feature spectacular views of the McDowell Mountains.  The third is nestled among the San Tan Mountains in Gilbert, AZ.  They all feature large lots, 1-acre for the Scottsdale homesite and 3-acres for the Gilbert homesite.  Completion date for the FIRST HOME in Scottsdale (Lot 2) is February 2023.
